YOUNG MEN’S ENCOUNTER
Young Men's Encounter is designed to help young men, ages 10-16, understand and reach toward a biblical idea of manhood while having a great time!
Held on the campground, this event kicks off on Friday evening with a worship service in the chapel. It concludes early Saturday afternoon. What happens between those two times is a combination of godly inspiration, great mentoring and camaraderie shared by leaders and fathers, and several ridiculously fun activities!
Fathers or mentors are welcome to attend the event with their son, or young men are welcome to come by themselves.
FATHER'S DAY OFFERING
The annual Father's Day Offering is what funds Men's Ministries in the Illinois District and in the United Pentecostal Church as a whole. This ministry is made possible by your generous giving!
Where does your Father's Day Offering go?
40% of the funds raised stay right here in the Illinois District. This is how we are able to offer Illinois District Men's Conference, Young Men's Encounter, Church Rehab work days, resources for local men's groups and so much more.
UPC Men's Ministries partners with both North American Missions and Global Missions by literally building the Kingdom--constructing houses of worship, Bible schools, and orphanages across North America and around the world.
Your Father's Day Offering supports H.O.M.E. International Orphanage so they can provide a stable, loving environment and a quality education to children.
Men's Ministries creates and provides resources for men such as the Dominion Bible Study.
This year's Father's Day Offering date is June 16. You can give through your local church or at this link.
