EQUIP men to grow in their walk with God and relationship with others. We provide inspiration and put practical tools in men’s hands primarily through Men’s Conference, podcasts, online resources, etc.

ENGAGE men in the church’s mission. We create opportunities for men to minister outside of a pulpit through construction projects, mentorship opportunities at Young Men’s Encounter, etc.

ESTABLISH men’s groups in the local church. Ultimately, a band of brothers is what will facilitate lasting change for men. Our vision is to one day see an active men’s ministry in the majority of local churches in our district.
